How to Conduct UX Research in the AI Space

The biggest challenges I see from an insights perspective is that folks, the users are very hesitant when it comes to AI. And so when those insights come out around human trust, there's a lot of conversation I have with PMs around that. So I think understanding the user trust concerns and communicating that to people where this product is like their baby, sometimes it's very challenging.
