Weaning Off the Miners

The fee is being touted as like the first step in the process of moving proof of work to proof of state. But why is that? Why is this lowering of the fee part of that step? Because we're weaning off the dependence of minors. Yeah. It's, it's sort of, it's kind of stupid because the commune like if theorem is built on the minors, our security is coming from the minors. Obviously, we need to reward them but at the same time, you kind of don't want to go from having massively profitable mining industry to zero in one day.
