How to Build Your Personal Authority

People are going to make an assumption of the quality of your service based on what it looks like. And that's particularly important where your business is based around you as some sort of expert or consultant because people aren't buying a buyer chocolate and so they need a much higher standard of trust. To build a clarity, first of all, you need to be very clear on who you're serving. Then you need to create content which solves their problem. It's about getting that balance right, positioning yourself, helping your ideal customer, giving them enough but not too much. Not being afraid to actually have lead magnets, run webinars and ask for the business.
