Is It Harder to Hire a Players and Run After Them?

A. I think it was kind of forced on us at ollipop because everyone was remote. So if you're hiring somebody remote and you're constantly checking, are they working? It just makes you absolutely insane. If we're hiring a players, like, obviously there's a substantial possibility that someone will burn out at a certain point. But if you know that the base line is that they're crushing and kicking us, it kind of makes it a lot easier. Something that's also something that i've learnt, i guess, over the last year or two.
