Zuck is in way, way better shape. He trains martial arts and he actually posted this mirror selfie on Veterans Day that he was doing the Murph with the weight best. Musk probably has like 100 pounds on him and he's a lot taller but he's also a lot older than Zuckerberg and he's not fit. So it really depends on when the fight is, if it is tomorrow Zuck taps out Elon in the first round.
