The goal of training is to take whatever game plan and strategy you have and ingrain it into your mind such that you can engage it from almost a muscle memory, instinctual level. That's really what training is all about. The reason we should be structuring our r training the way that we are is because we're trying to take these things that conceptually make sense to the calculating part of our brain and train them enough that we don't even have to think about them any more.
