There are a range of reasons why people might get implants or have reconstructions so maybe cosmetic reasons or following a mastectomy. So could you talk a bit about the difference between reconstruction and implants? Reconstruction is part of breast cancer treatment so it's offered as part of Breast Cancer Treatment but not everybody says yes. About 70% of people who have a mastectomy choose not to have a reconstruction - there's various different ways that it can be offered.
