The Big Unlock

I went with the idea that I was going to stop thoughts. It was actually getting in touch with thoughts and emotions that I hadn't previously recognised or addressed. The mind starts to quieten down a little bit, but it slows down. And we tend to sort of feel less overwhelmed. For me, the big unlock is not buying into them or believing that we are the thoughts.
