I don't know if at the time it was the signs of a pullback as much as signs of not being able to move forward. I think it's just, the russian army was not able to move. What i thought was, maybe his role is to create political space for poton and say we're not given up. In other words, if that was my conspiracy theory like that, that's his rolln in in the pi.
