Cordio Isn't Bad for Strength Training

Cordio, generally speaking, is not bad for your gains. Strength gain and hypertrophy were unaffected by the kind of endurance training performed. If you want to do some high intensity stuff as well, i'd recommend limiting it to about one hour per week.
