In alethia coaching, what a coach does is they to the client in real time, in the present moment. And we have within the methodology of a working with the client to deepen self contact in a depth wise manner. This really makes alethiaa among the first, and i think there will be others, of an emerging fourth generation of coaching. The different, the big recontextualization is between self improving, where it's about feeling deficient in the beginning and then doing something to improve yourself.
Steve March is the creator of an integrated ecology of practice and founder of Aletheia Coaching. In this episode we get into the history of coaching, depth and the fourth generation of coaching, going from self-improvement to self-unfoldment, Heidegger’s view on technology and attunement, depth ontology, eclecticism to integration, parts conflict in ecologies of practice, four depths of self-contact, internal family systems.
