How Long Was Your Job Hunt?

I was thinking of leaving for a while before that like for me, it this is when you took action. Once I took action, probably about like four to six weeks,. Some companies are so slow. But other companies were relatively fast. And really, once you see your friends leaving, like the smartest people in the room leave, I had to question myself, why am I here? Right? What am I getting out of here?
