Managing Your Energy Well
One of the preconditions to keep going is to manage your energy well. I wake up reasonably early, not crazy early, but reasonably early. And that's because I have good energy at that point in the day. Two o'clock, three o'clock in the afternoon, often my energy dips. But if you get eight hours of sleep a night, really good sleep, then you can sustain much higher levels of energy. The obvious one that I haven't touched on is food. Thinking about sugar in the divers, protein versus all the rest of the others. That managing your energy. What does that mean to you? This is really important.
