Lifelong Exercises Have More Coronary Atherosclerosis Than Controls
John Sutter: Researchers looked at the coronaries of people who did endurance exercises and super healthy controls. They found that, you know, lifelong exercises had more coronary calcium than these controls. And when they looked at non calcified plaques, they found that long-term exercise didn't have as many bad plaque characteristics. He says it's good to do a little bit but too much is actually bad for heart health.
