Is There a Definition of Relationship OCD?
I like the concept of relationship OCD I think that we just need to give more examples you know on websites or on podcasts or whatever. It comes down to people sharing their own experiences too right like it's all with OCD it's always like what came first the chicken or the egg so then more people started to talk about their subtypes and they were experiencing too. The biggest message is to not underestimate the importance of discussing those core fears but as professionals I think we also need to look at other relationships We need to looking at core fears in a different way than romantic ones.
