The Effects of Temperature on Lactate Levels

There used to be this myth around lactic acid and lactate being the thing that is stopping us from progressing. What we've been showing is that it's the opposite. The fatigue causes lactate, not that lactate causes fatigue. If you are in a cool environment and you haven't worked out, it's only the very core of your body that's at 37 degrees Fahrenheit. So you have a huge capacity to absorb excess heat as you bring your overall body temperature up.
