I felt that I earned my mulk. The idea of no easy rounds, you think like, Oh yeah, sure. We're there. That's what I felt. It kind of faded. So I took one round on off aside from, you know, slowing in them. But it's like, if you even want to do jujitsu in the environment like this, where everybody's black belt and kind of better black belts, your output has to be kind at the top the whole time. Otherwise you're kind of not even doing jujitsu.
One of the simplest and most impactful little piece of advice for success in life is, "Don't Do Dumb sh*t". Avoid things that may make you do dumb things. Like alcohol, drugs, out of control ego, peer pressure, and many others. With Jocko Willink and Echo Charles
