Nora: I planned my, my big pd a unit based off a feedback that i got from the spring. And with the end in mind is that ultimately, if teachers needid to go remote, and right now we're in a high bred mode, but if they did, how could they teach and students learn? So that was my end goal. She revolutionized teacher pete around our model, and it uses the same principles as her instructional videos. Nora says she started making vidios first, before thinking about what practice kids would need.
