I-4 was good, on Windows it was good. Microsoft did a credible job on I-4. What really was bad was that phase of the browser was ended with Napoli and perhaps due to the antitrust case they let it rot. Browsers like Mozilla and then Firefox were adding tabs, Opera had a version of tabs, and they didn't add tabs. And they pop up blocking, something I should have done from the start.
