i think of disease as basically the bridge, or the link between these fundamental cellular declines and the ultimate penatypic declines. And i've noticed some of these functional declines in myself, right? We don't always recognize them as such unless we sit down and try to list out all the ways that we have changed as we get older. Those often happen far before you get diagnosed with any age related disease,. So i'm pretty fortunate. Turned 50 in february. I don't have any agrelated disease, at least that i've been diagnosed with yet. It's still a little bit of an open question whether rapamison is really affects biological aging  in people
