For probably 80% of people it is not working in an office. Having a 9 to 5 job, fitting into that lifestyle doesn't actually bring meaning. It doesn't make you a more mature person. You don't need a rush to grow up and fit into that. Because you just give away so much of your freedom. And yeah, I think it was just a good discussion of the pressures that you face to fit into that mold even if it's against your own well-being.
