"It is a family's worst nightmare that a loved one entrusted to the care of a funeral home was actually defiled," says prosecutor. Michael Masjor-Marino, along with Joseph and the celli, and Lee Kursetta, and another cutter named Chris Alderasi, was arrested and charged on 122 counts in March 2006. "They forged official documents which disguised the cause of death and had the potential of transmitting infectious diseases," he adds.
