The cone of clarity: What is the best medium for the communication, and meaning is it? The verses and perception gap: Where what you may have intended for them to receive, when they actually receive it, thei perception of that is not what your intention was. And so as a leader, it's our responsibility to close that gap. We teach this principle to ders as they're communicating to their team.
