I call that sinking into your own bolshet or beliefs. Iv really worked very hard to present everything i think about as a thesis or a hypothesis. If you do not have the thickest skin in the world, you're not going to make it as a portfolio manager. People will tell you now, you don't understand how hard it is and all these things you have to do or be to succeed. It's like falling in love a little bit. I've made a lot of progress with being more open and aware. There's a lot of talking everybody from their own experience can help them figure out who they are. You might still fail at that situation, or maybe not.
