G i bleeding isn't a huge diagnostic conundrum, but there are few pitfalls to be aware of. People can have bloody diarrhoea if they have colidis or mestericschema. Those patients technically do have a g i believe, but the bleeding is not the primary problem. So that's something else you'd want to differentiate out.
