Some software developers are suing GitHub, which is owned by Microsoft. They allege that there's a duty to notify future users that part of the software was copyright. This would be de minimis for Microsoft to actually put links in their open AI products like Bing and Bard. It's nonsense that these AI models could not point to where they got the information from.
