How to Maintain Habits
"I tear my calf more than I get Ks at the moment. Left my right. I've done it over 40 times. I've got a gimpy left," he says. "My left calf is two thirds of size on my right." He's trying to work out his habit stacking, which involves not having coffee until after you have a shower. The 30-year-old has also been doing yoga off an app in order to keep fit.
