What Is Ukraine?
Krushchev and Brezhnev have different answers about what Ukraine is going to be within the Soviet Union. Khrushchev's answer, and we'll talk about this next time, is Ukraine is a slightly less important culture which always wanted to join Russia. And then BrezhneV will have another answer, which is that now that Ukraine has joined Russia, de facto and forever, culture,. it's going to become something which is much less important. Cultures just can become something you have at home.
