How to Be a Lumper or Splitter?

Are you the kind of person that likes to group things together in one big lump scrunch them isn't very interested in subcategory to a of a particular condition or are you someone that really likes that minutiae of separating everything into subtypes? Holding it up delicately and it doesn't fit all circumstances but I think some sub specialties are more splitters like MSK from when I did a beta as training. It's like every different tear and bursal thing always has multiple classification systems and they always seemed unnecessary. So I think I'm probably more in the lumping category. You don't get enjoyment in finding the difference between three and three B. No I get enjoyment
