Is There a Doctor's Guide to Alternative Medicine?

As a clinician, there's a lot of specificity within yoga and meditation. We haven't really done enough research to determine which techniques work for what things. And so are trying to figure out what works with different people. So the reason it's doctor kay's guide is, like, this is my opinion on the scope of science versus non science.
