How to Set the Tone With Your Management Team
The owner or leadership is really important in setting the tone with the management team who sets it with everybody else right. As a manager you kind of have to do the same thing right you have to go learn and more you know about things right. I would love to be a lot more structured on it. You know we're really really tiny team so I hear from everybody all the time so it's a little different.
