Is the Universe Really a Thing?
I'm suspicious of infinitely conjunctive facts and propositions. Because infinitary logic has a bunch of weird properties. I don't think there's an object made out of my left shoe in the Eiffel Tower. Once we've got restricted composition, there's no guarantee that the universe exists. But if we've got this continuous causal chain going out, then we're pretty safe. Yeah. If inflationary cosmology is right or something, then maybe not everything's connected causally that way. Things might be tricky.
