Are There Times When We Should Be Messing With a Patient's Home Infusion?

When should we ever mess with a patient's home infusion or home pump? I would not recommend at that point continuing their whole miller zone. If possible, I'd say, you know, let's switch them to dopamine right now because they don't need that SDR lowering.
