Building for the Health of the User
We can't quantify the psychological benefit. It's a much softer thing to measure. The function of a building is for the health of the user. If that point can go across, we hae solved a lot of questions. E wha. I always think this thete's a reason why cornices and skirtings and all thes things exist,. cause you do things really roughly, and then you stick something over the top that covers up the gap. And as you say, it's that the extra degree of precision required to not have that covering and not have that tolerance exceeds the additional cost of installing the covering - oror don't you.
