The Power of Fusion

Fusion is the bringing together of small nuclei into larger ones. The most obvious fusion reaction which happens in the sun is bringing together four protons into a helium or the other way it doesn't happen in quite such a simple way. A very small change in mass when you bring the small particles together into bigger ones so you actually lose a little bit of mass and because of basically Einstein's famous equation that equals MC squared you lose a lot of energy.
