What Is the Purpose of Productivity?

A lot of people, men and women struggle a little bit with purpose when they become empty nesters. What is my purpose now that I have no children left to raise? We've talked about this on past episodes where we've talked about maintaining our motivation. It's not an end unto itself, but a means to achieving a greater purpose.
