In Quebec, there is a hard quota on the amount of energy that miners are allowed to use. The moratorium came into place because 18 gigawatts worth of power applications went into Quebec in 2017 and 2018,. At the time, the industry was consuming 4.5 gigawatts, right? And we really need to look at how this looks for the whole network.
