When 10% of the bars on the chart are in a strong breakout, up or down. If you're in a very strong bull breakout, it's very hard to make money selling. But all the other bars in the chart, if it's a bull channel or a bear channel or a training range, you could buy or sell at any given instant and have no worse than a 40% chance of making money. And that's what I'm saying. You can make money either buying or selling if you structure the trade correctly"
