Are There Any Chances of World War 3?

The chinese have blockaded the entire island of tivan. They've imposed a no fly zone over thyvan, which means that no aircraft can come in or out. Tivan is now cut off from the rest of the world, physically. No aircraft r incoming or outgoing. And thetivanis military cannot take any actual action, because the are cmpletely surrounded right now.
