Senior Engineers - What Are the Key Differences?

For a senior role, i think you would like to display multi facited skill set and or a very specific skill set. I think just describing in your interview te process that you have worn different hats, you've tackled different challenges. Tell the stories about what the challenge was. Just because someone has 20 years experience does not mean they're a better engineer than the person that's five years experience.
