Are We No Longer Resources Constrained?

I imagine the amount of battery and solar storage that Tesla can deploy is a drop in the bucket compared to how much energy Europe actually needs. So, you know, 40 gigawatts is just nothing when you're looking at like 20,000 terawatts on a global scale. On top of far as its comments, can Jordan speak to Martin Vieco's comments that they are no longer resource constrained, including batteries? And maybe we'll turn this into a topic of discussion as well.
