Investors are trying to get permission on the edge, not everybody of course. Most people are saying, what is going on here? I thought we were through this already in 2008. Even with these bailouts it just doesn't feel right for individual investors and you've seen money flow coming out of equity, mutual funds and index funds into cash lately.
