Justice, Anand Venkatesh of the Madras High Court recently said while hearing a petition about a saying sex couple that he was trying to break his own preconceived notions. "We can ask nothing more of a human being or a judge and not that the two are distinct but of any human being is part to have some empathy in their heart," says Dr Ravi Agrawal. Article 14 which grants equality to every citizen of India,. indeed every person living in India requires that the judge try to understand the perspective of that particular individual", she adds.
