Is There Any Advantage in Prosecuting for the Crime of Aggression?
Is there any advantage in prosecuting for the crime of aggression over prosecuting for war crimes or crimes against humanity? I would say yes, because it's very simple to show who was in charge of the troops that went in and who took those decisions. And i have a feeling that at some point in history, reparations will be paid. There are various ways, of course, of establishing such a tribunal. But i think that russia ought to pay reparations.
