I was very sick with bulimia and, you know, I was on a lot of medications for my depression. But when I look back at it though, I feel really grateful that I started to learn about these types of coping skills pretty young. So I think that as I've gotten older, it's served me well to have had that foundation at such a young age. You know, especially being at the helm of a site like tiny Buddha, I do feel this sense that, oh, I should know this. And so in those moments where I'm able to catch the perfectionist instinct, I find that I come back to a place of happiness with myself a little more quickly
