How to Sell a Literary Agency for $1.2 Million

I started a literary agency representing some of the biggest authors in the country. But I really wanted to get back into the corporate world. So after about six years of that, I sold my half of the business to him. He went back to Thomas Nelson, where he eventually became the chairman and the CEO of the company. We did like $250 million a year, $40 million and $42 million worth of EBITDA.
