The Challenges of Hiring a Sales Person

The next big hire for us was bringing on someone to support the clients. We didn't even have a like a real financial person on the team until two and a half, three years ago. And before I knew it, I actually had individuals in charge of each area of the business. The hiring plan is mostly flat for next year, just to allow these people to build.
