How to Respond to Off Topic Issues on GitHub

I think, I mean, culturally it seems like the usual way that people talk about that is just saying like, Hey, this is off topic. That's such an easy response to get things back on, on track. But unfortunately, the culture around open source issues and other things means there isn't a quick canned response or online topics where everybody knows what it means. And when people are talking, it's like helping me out beginners and sharing projects. It's okay to have different spaces for different things. Totally.
