A lot of injured runners are not doing any type of resistance training. So it's a really good opportunity to be like, hey, you know, here's how we can work through this issue via isolation work and compound movements as well with resistance training. Derek has actually done a good job with a series on this is on our website that you can go check out. It was based off of a talk that myself, Brittany Barry and Josh Boravas did at combined sections meeting the APTAs big conference a few years ago. And so I would definitely like check that out for even more of a deeper dive than what we'll have an opportunity to talk about today.
