I have written a book called Breakthrough Pain that tells people how to work with physical discomfort. We had several people with active COVID at the retreat. One of those people was in the hospital with a breather did the entire one-week retreat from the TV screen in the hospital using the breather. Spent an entire week dealing with COVID from the place of transcendence.
